Our team started the month strong with 213 and 217 W Maplewood Lane in Nashville selling for $4.0 million early in August. These properties had a combined total of 23,364 square feet of commercial office space. These income producing properties were a fantastic find with their great location and price.
A few days later 5848 Garrison Road in Franklin sold for over $1.3 million. With 123 gorgeous, rolling acres in sought after Lieper’s Fork area with lots of timber, rolling pastures, wildlife and panoramic views, we knew this one would not last long.
And most recently, 304 Northcreek Blvd in Goodlettsville sold for $1.95 million. This 10,620 square foot building with high end finishes was a great investment with it being fully leased to Tristar Skyline Primary Care, Madison Behavioral Health, and Covenant Care. Being in a prime location near multiple businesses such as banking, restaurants, grocery, and retail made this a truly sweet deal.
