Jeff Pate majored in Economics, Finance and Accounting while attending University. Shortly after graduation, he founded Pate Realty Group and began to successfully market and sell properties in and around Ft. Myers, Florida as well as develop and manage retail, office and industrial parks. Relocating to the Nashville Metropolitan area in mid 1994 allowed him to expand the application of his skills to include a greater number of commercial transactions. In two years time, Mr. Pate began to attain such success in both residential and commercial sales that he developed a team of five agents with a full-time administrative assistant to uphold and promote his standard of excellent service and representation.
Shortly thereafter, Jeff was solicited to teach and train other agents with proven strategies and systems he incorporated to increase performance efficiency and overall production. Accredited Investors sought him as a source of counsel and hired him to represent them in the procurement of real property that met and exceeded their personal and corporate strategic investment targets.
Mr. Pate continued this legacy into securing co-ownership of a Keller Williams franchise in Franklin, Tennessee. He was subsequently awarded the position of Managing Director for the KW Commercial Division for the Middle Tennessee Grand Division. He has maintained consistent production levels in the top 5% for residential sales and the top 1% in commercial transactions for the region with Keller Williams, which is recognized as the second largest real estate company in the United States.
Jeff’s expertise and demeanor has earned him preference with students as a Tennessee Real Estate Commission Certified Commercial Real Estate Instructor having been involved directly in more than 300 retail, office and industrial lease transactions.
